'Petite Anna' was one of a number produced by Raymond Evison in Guernsey for sale as compact house plants. He told us that it is a sport of his variety ANNA LOUISE, though the second supplement to the International Clematis Register and Checklist 2002 has the name as an alternative trade name for 'Evithree' ANNA LOUISE. Released in 2000 for trial sales in mainland Europe.
